Description
I think about the fascination that firearms cause in the collective unconscious. Regardless of age or gender, everyone perceives them as an object of power. But an abstract power, without contextualization or consequences.
While behind the silhouette of an Uzi, a Glock or a Kalashnikov, how many lives lost, territories wiped out?
I am currently developing this series of collages of images seen through life-size cutouts of weapons, which shows what they impact, humans, animals and landscapes.
