Description
Intimité is a seascape painted in oil, brush and knife with a little material on the motif. A lot of poetry, calm and serenity emerge from this work, on the one hand by the bias of a refined composition and on the other hand by the choice of very soft colors and the delicate harmony between turquoise and pink/purple. The whole thing is a touching and reassuring poetry which encourages dreams and escape, silence and contemplation.
Presentation
The artist has always lived at the edge of the water, on the Atlantic coast, as close as possible to these seascapes that he loves passionately and of which he strives, canvas after canvas, as a sensitive and privileged witness, to restore light, poetry and serenity.
Colorist, he works his semi-abstract seascapes with oil, brush and knife, playing on the contrast between the motif worked in full paste and the soft background, thus offering each of his works a very dynamic contemporary.
Favoring the impression, the atmosphere and the atmosphere, it gives free rein to the imagination of those who contemplate them.
His paintings are an ode to travel, dreams and escape.
