Description
This striking artwork commands attention with its vibrant interplay of colors and textures. The canvas is dominated by a bold juxtaposition of a fiery red-orange background seamlessly transitioning into a vivid yellow, setting the stage for the central elements. Purples and pinks of various shades emerge in the form of abstract floral motifs, each petal meticulously crafted with a rough, almost tactile quality that suggests layers of paint or mixed media. The floral elements appear to float and intertwine, creating a sense of movement and dynamism. Bold black strokes punctuate the scene, adding depth and contrast, while sporadic black dots contribute an element of unpredictability and spontaneity. Presentation
Kat was born in artistic family where her grandfather and father are artists; particularly, father Oleg Zhivetin is an active artist in the United States. She was assisting father for a several years and have learned different mediums. Then she went back in Moscow and continue her artistic path.
Kat likes to experiment with different materials including natural such sand, rocks, animals remains. Her sculptures can be made of artificial and natural stuff at the same time. Often, she paints abstract compositions, but also speaks the language of geometry and unknown landscapes.
