Description
This work of art, entitled "Sur la Lande" evokes an "Ethereal Landscape," it is distinguished by its skill in capturing the very essence of nature in a dreamlike and contemplative scene. Dominated by a palette of blue and ocher tones, the painting highlights a series of wooden fence posts, aligned with striking precision. The posts, slightly inclined, seem to emerge from a subtle fog, adding an intriguing dimension to the composition. The artist deployed an impressive mixed technique, combining textures and transparencies to create an immersive atmospheric effect. Shades of blue, both soothing and mysterious, blend harmoniously with earth tones, creating an impression of vastness and serenity. The brushstrokes, both soft and confident, give a fluid dynamic to the sky and the surrounding landscape. The clever use of light and shadow accentuates the depth of the scene, guiding the eye across a distant horizon and inviting quiet reflection. The sensation of movement, almost imperceptible, amplifies the narrative richness of the work, evoking a silent history and an intimate connection with nature. This painting is an aesthetic evocation of the passage of time, solitude and the raw beauty of the rural landscape. It challenges the viewer, encouraging them to contemplate and linger on the subtleties of each detail. “Sur la Lande" by Martine LALLEMENT is undeniably a masterpiece, marking the artistic audacity and pictorial sensitivity of its creator.
Presentation
My pictorial work is above all that of a material that vibrates, that reveals, transmits emotion and that sublimates the form. It is a work on movement, on its lines of force and its dynamics, on the emotions that it induces.
My approach is also based on the play and harmony of colors because I want to show the beauty, the harmony, the comfort, the positive, in short the refuge that a canvas can provide.
As my works are essentially abstract, composed of geometric shapes and chromatic contrasts, they leave a vast freedom to the viewer. They do not impose anything on the eye and offer an almost infinite range of interpretation.
A self-taught painter, I returned to this passion at the dawn of the 2000s with training in an association to improve my technique, experience the adventure of the first exhibitions and have wonderful encounters with the public.
Currently, I use acrylic and mixed media. Above all, I follow my heart, my intuition, my desires. I juggle with mediums, tools... to create textured paintings that meet my need for beauty, serenity and comfort.
