Description
This captivating artwork is a vibrant exploration of still life, featuring an array of potted plants, each distinct in form and bold color. The light blue background evokes a serene sky, intensifying the contrast with the rich hues of the pots and foliage. At the center, a vase with an undulating design combines shades of green and blue, reminiscent of earth and sea layers, symbolizing the profound connection between nature and human art. To its left, a pot striped with alternating white and brown horizontal lines offers intriguing visual texture, while on its right, a bright yellow pot introduces a sunny tone essential to the piece's color balance. The plants themselves have stylized, lance-shaped leaves, some in deep, glossy green and others leaning toward darker shades. Presentation
Tamara is a young Belgian-Italian artist. She studied applied arts and perfected her practice of painting and abstract figuration by attending Brussels workshops. She completed her training in Modena which brought this dual culture to her work. She very quickly developed a painting between realism and figuration, which earned her a constantly increasing popularity and a great future in modern art.
As a technique, she uses acrylic painting with a brush, knife, stencil, etc. on canvas. Influenced by artists such as Gerhard Richter, Jackson Pollock, Zao Wou-ki, Georgiana Houghton, Paul Wackers, Jonas Wood, Tamara De Lempicka, Frida Kahlo...
