Description
This art fuses the portrait of a pensive woman with a collage of delicate texts and textures. The work evokes intimacy and poetry, using fragments of literary texts—notably “Les Fleurs du Mal" and “Lesbos." These textual elements enhance the depth and mystery of the image. The woman's gaze, turned backward, instantly draws attention, while her bare shoulder introduces a dimension of vulnerability. The warm colors, dominated by ochre and blue tones, create a striking contrast with the abstract stains. The newspaper collage adds a rich visual texture, amplifying the narrative complexity of the work. In short, this creation is a powerful and evocative homage to poetic beauty and timeless literary themes.
Presentation
I like to let my imagination wander beyond the windows. I like this symbol which leaves the opening in both directions; The escape into the unknown and the invitation into my imagination.
My motto: "Painting is an art that exists only through the sharing of emotions, first with oneself, then with others ..."
Regarding his work on the nude and his approach to the body: “I like to extend the curves, so as not to delimit the voluptuousness… Accentuated by the most representative color, in my opinion, red. But the other colors are absorbed in order to project into different atmospheres. "
He has exhibited regularly since 1981.
