"Beneath the Fading Sun" is a delicate study of atmosphere and stillness, capturing the fleeting, golden hush that settles just before dusk. Bathed in muted sunlight, the foliage glows in tones of olive green, sienna, and amber, while silhouettes of swaying branches draw the eye gently toward the fading sky. The distant rooftops barely disturb the quietude of the scene, suggesting a village sinking into peaceful slumber.
The artist's restrained palette and tender brushwork evoke a sense of reflection and calm, inviting the viewer to pause, breathe, and listen to the silence. At 40x50cm, this oil on canvas work is a luminous meditation on the serenity of nature's transitions—an ode to endings that feel like beginnings.
