In “My Way," FANO transforms space into a visual experience. A central path runs through the composition, immediately capturing the viewer's gaze. This path is lined with green metal bars, arranged in a regular and symmetrical pattern. They form an open tunnel, both structured and light.

Thus, the perspective naturally guides the eye toward the distant horizon. This movement suggests a crossing, a progression, almost an interior projection. Moreover, the metal structure evokes a cold, industrial, urban architecture. But this rigid frame contrasts with the feeling of openness offered by the depth.

Through this visual tension, FANO creates a balance between confinement and freedom. The viewer oscillates between stability and escape.

Additionally, the repetitive lines create a soothing yet hypnotic visual rhythm. They recall the rigor of human constructions, but also the repetition of everyday life. By playing on symmetry, the artist establishes a sense of control and mastery. But this perfect symmetry also becomes the starting point for an inner journey.

Indeed, this open tunnel doesn't impose any specific destination. It invites you to project yourself freely, beyond the visible. FANO doesn't seek to represent a real place. It creates a mental space, somewhere between reality and abstraction.

Thus, the work becomes a metaphor for passage, choice, and transformation. It speaks as much of exterior space as of personal journey.
