Description

This dynamic artwork bursts with intricate patterns and vibrant colors. The canvas is densely populated with swirling green and purple forms interspersed with sharp white accents, creating a mesmerizing tapestry. The composition exudes movement and life, as if capturing a thriving ecosystem in full bloom. The artist skillfully layers shades of green, ranging from deep forest hues to light lime, achieving a sense of depth and complexity. Pops of purple and maroon add richness and dimension, playing off the verdant backdrop. The organic shapes, reminiscent of leaves and petals, seem to dance across the surface, inviting viewers into a lush, abstract garden. This piece stands out for its ability to convey both chaos and harmony, making it a stunning representation of nature's intricate beauty.

These works explore our relationship with the incredible biodiversity of our planet Earth. Visual representations of flowing colours, smells, sounds and the feeling of our life source.

Through painting and sculpture, Gregory Robin conveys the feeling of being present in a living, biodiverse ecosystem. He uses colors, anthropomorphic forms and the inner workings of living species. Robins' land art practice encompasses the exploration of ancient earthworks, ecosystems, biodiversity, microclimates, biology, permanent agriculture (also known as permaculture), geology and its intrinsic value to the species that inhabit it. The artist's goal is to create a living installation, establishing a connection with the natural world.
