Shades of Intimacy is a 40x48cm oil on paper painting that radiates emotion through bold colors and expressive texture. The composition captures two female figures in an intimate, almost dreamlike moment, their faces softened and abstracted, allowing emotion to take center stage. Vivid blues, reds, and oranges clash and blend with luminous greens, creating a dynamic interplay of warmth and coolness. The rich impasto surface adds depth and movement, giving the viewer the sense of being drawn into the figures' quiet exchange. This work blends abstraction and figuration to evoke a timeless sense of connection, contemplation, and shared humanity.
