This expressive oil painting captures a warm, simple moment of rural life: two chickens sharing water from an old metal bucket. The artwork combines impressionistic brushwork with rich, textured color layers — deep blues, earthy greens, intense reds, and warm rust tones. The bold contrast between the saturated background and the vibrant feathers of the rooster creates a sense of movement and life.
The artist embraces spontaneity in each stroke, letting color guide the narrative. Despite the simplicity of the scene, the work radiates a sense of harmony, companionship, and the timeless beauty of everyday rural moments.
A perfect piece for collectors who appreciate expressive realism, rustic themes, and paintings filled with energy and color.
