Description
David Sylvain – A fire in a forest.
“There is always sunshine
Above the grey sky
I will try to find it
Yes, I will try.
I'm a huge fan of David. His lyrics and music are so inspiring.
In this work I wanted to create a canvas background with sand and shapes like tormented waves. Yellow and blue in the parts that will remain visible to bring this notion of hope from the song. The blue sky and the sun shining behind a dark gray sky.
Presentation
Coming from a lineage of artists, Alain Churlaud excels in a variety of media, including oil and acrylic. Inspired by nature, this expressive artist uses distinctive techniques such as the use of spatula, brush, roller, sand and sawdust to create a unique natural texture. His abstract works, which for him often have a meaning, transmit a renewed look at reality and invite contemplation and appreciation of the present moment.
