Description
This work is a remarkable fusion of textures and nuances, dominated by shades of blue, black, and gray. The composition employs elements of collage and painting, creating a sense of depth and movement. Torn paper forms provide a tactile dimension, contrasting with vigorous brushstrokes and dynamic splashes. The work evokes a tumultuous energy, blending abstraction with organized chaos. Areas of intense color draw the eye, while empty spaces create a subtle balance. The juxtaposition of materials and techniques underscores the artist's innovation and boldness.
Presentation
He was a multidisciplinary artist who experimented with different techniques such as posters, collage, sculpture, engraving, cinema, jewelry, textiles, ceramics and theatrical scenography, but who triumphed mainly in painting, drawing and illustration - disciplines that earned him great international recognition.
