Original painting from our collection
This artwork masterfully captures a still life scene, featuring a tipped-over vase alongside a pear and a small gourd. The composition is brought to life by the rich interplay of colors and textures. The vase's earthy tones contrast sharply with the vibrant yellows and greens of the fruits. Draped beneath, a striking red cloth with bold, dynamic folds creates a sense of movement and depth. The background's purples and blues add a cool, atmospheric quality, enhancing the warmth of the foreground elements. The artist's use of bold strokes and varied textures highlights the uniqueness and intricacies of each object, while the strategic use of light and shadow lends a three-dimensional quality to the scene. This piece commands attention with its vivid color palette and the harmonious balance between chaos and calm in the arrangement.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
