Painter: Vyacheslav Petrovick Babac
Sіze: 30x30 cm/ 11.81x11.81 inches
Components: Acrylic, canvas
This vivid still life painting captivates with its bold use of color and dynamic composition. Central to the artwork is a lush, red pomegranate, its surface textured and inviting. Beside it, a pear stands tall, painted with an array of green and brown hues, hinting at ripeness. The angular slices of fruit in the foreground contrast sharply with the soft, round forms, their red and pink tones intensifying the overall palette. Three olives at the bottom provide subtle earthiness, anchoring the composition. Bold brushstrokes and a play of light and shadow create depth, while a cool blue background infuses calmness, balancing the vibrant foreground. This artwork's masterful interplay of color and texture invites viewers to explore the ordinary beauty of everyday objects, transforming them into a visual feast.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
