Le rendez-vous, 2026

Xavier Wttrwulghe

This masterpiece boldly illustrates the Cubist style through its geometric interpretation of the human face. The artist employed a vibrant palette of greens, reds, and blacks, lending the work a striking energy. Bold black lines delineate the composition into angular forms, contributing to a multifaceted perception of the subject. The contrast between dark hues and illuminated areas generates an intriguing depth, captivating the viewer's gaze. The asymmetrical and expressive eyes focus attention and convey intense introspection. The fusion of figurative and abstract elements enriches the visual complexity, raising questions about perception and the fragmentation of identity. The canvas demonstrates technical mastery and artistic innovation, positioning this work as an exceptional contribution to the Cubist movement.

Xavier Wttrwulghe is a versatile artist born in Belgium in 1976.
I studied at the Brussels Academy of Fine Arts and from a very young age was interested in all forms of art (photography, painting, sculpture). I received my painting valuation from Akoun in 2019.
One of his photographic artworks was purchased from a private collection by the Musée des Franciscaines in Deauville. He is a complete artist who will never fail to amaze you!
