Description
Collision opens like a melting emotional landscape, dominated by shades of vivid pink, coral, burnt orange, and broad swathes of turquoise, all punctuated by splashes of white and textured layers. The pink here is not soft or romantic, but pulsating, vibrant, almost incandescent. It engages in a dialogue with the other colors in a dynamic interplay of contrast and layering.
The material appears to have been worked with both force and spontaneity, blending instinctive gesture with deliberate construction. The result is an electric atmosphere, at once light and turbulent. The turquoise evokes breaths of air or fragments of water, while the texture recalls eroded surfaces, ancient walls, or abstract landscapes.
Work exhibited in Venice, at the Palazzo Albrizzi-Capello, as part of an international exhibition organized by ITSLIQUID Group in September 2025.
Presentation
Tellyn-M is a contemporary French painter whose work falls within a sensitive and organic abstraction. Trained in art history, she develops a pictorial practice centered on matter, light, and the tension between control and letting go.
Her works, created with acrylic and plaster on canvas, are built up in successive layers, revealing deep and vibrant surfaces. Color, and particularly blue, plays a crucial role in her artistic exploration: it acts as an emotional space, a silent depth rather than a simple chromatic element.
