Original painting from our collection
This landscape painting vividly captures a serene riverbank scene, dominated by a vibrant interplay of colors. The sky, a dynamic expanse of swirling blues and grays, suggests a breezy day, with voluminous clouds creating depth and movement. Beneath, a tranquil river reflects the sky, its rippled surface adding texture and shimmering light. The distant shoreline, richly adorned with lush vegetation and warm earthy tones, contrasts with the coolness of the water. Subtle brushwork enhances the natural contours of the landscape, while the composition draws the eye toward a small group of figures in the distance, adding a sense of scale and life. This artwork uniquely combines Impressionistic elements with a vivid color palette, offering both tranquility and vibrancy, transporting the viewer to this picturesque riverside moment. The artist's skillful use of light and shadow provides an immersive and captivating visual experience.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
