Original painting from our collection
This artwork presents a captivating landscape, skillfully blending impressionistic elements with dynamic color contrasts. A tumultuous sky dominates the scene, painted in rich blues and purples, hinting at an impending storm. Below, a tranquil river reflects the varied hues of the sky, its surface slightly rippled by a gentle breeze. The left foreground features a cluster of trees with lush purple and green foliage, adding depth and vibrancy. Opposite, a vivid golden field captures sunlight, creating a striking juxtaposition against the darker tones of the sky. The artist's adept use of bold brushstrokes and texture infuses the piece with movement and energy. This artwork stands out for its emotive portrayal of nature's duality, balancing serenity and impending change, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in its evocative atmosphere.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
