Original painting from our collection
This vibrant still life painting captures an array of fruits with striking dynamism. Positioned on a simple surface, the fruits—apples and pears—exude a vivid interplay of light and shadow, bringing life to the composition. The artist employs bold, expressive brushstrokes and a rich, saturated palette of reds, yellows, and greens, enhancing the textural quality of the fruits' skins. A red cloth in the background adds depth and contrast, drawing the viewer's eye into the scene. The juxtaposition of warm and cool tones creates a striking visual balance, adding to the piece's energy. The use of natural light sources highlights the round, glossy forms of the fruits, emphasizing their lusciousness and realism. This artwork celebrates the beauty of everyday objects, transforming a simple arrangement into a captivating spectacle through masterful technique and vivid color.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
