Les Visiteurs du Jardin (Garden Visitors), 2026

Olena Kishkurno

The painting „Les Visiteurs du Jardin/Garden Visitors“ from series „Le Jardin Privé (Your Private Paradise)“ - is an overwhelming embrace of sun-drenched yellow - the hue of pure optimism, clarity, and the boundless energy of the sun. The ancient, sprawling Mimosa tree is a living symbol of Sanctuary and Protection; its branches create a vast, sheltering dome, a safe haven from the outside world where vulnerability is met with soft, blossoming warmth. The entire composition is a hymn to Eternal Spring. The infinite clusters of golden Mimosa flowers represent the blossoming of new ideas, the awakening of feelings, and the moment when the soul, like the earth, finally pushes through the frost to reclaim its rightful light.

Gazing upon this work should evoke a profound sense of weightlessness and profound serenity. The numerous white birds, far more prominent than the human figures, are not merely present; they are sacred messengers of goodwill, embodying pure thoughts, liberation, and the serene knowledge that all is well. The hidden human couple at the base of the trunk signifies that true happiness is found in quiet presence, in becoming small within the grandeur of the natural world. Garden Visitors is a window into a paradise where time is irrelevant, offering a perpetual state of wonder and the comforting assurance that spring, in all its radiant power, will always return.
