Description
201BA
This vibrant artwork depicts a striking still life bathed in luminous color and dynamic brushstrokes, capturing a vase of delicate pussy willow branches set against a serene window view. The composition is dominated by bold blues and reds, creating a juxtaposition that evokes both warmth and depth. The artist employs expressive, swirling brushwork, adding an energetic texture to the scene. A solitary apple rests beside the vase, its round form contrasting with the elongated branches, introducing balance and harmony. The window frames an urban backdrop, softly blurred, suggesting a bustling world beyond the tranquil interior. This piece uniquely integrates impressionistic techniques with vivid hues, presenting an evocative exploration of light, color, and form that captivates and engages the viewer.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
