Description
Artist's word: When order collapses and the earth overturns, eternity preserved in memory can only be found after perfection is shattered.
Linden wood panel mounted with hemp paper.
A dreamlike nature awakens in this composition. The eye travels through an abstract garden where light seems to spring from the ground. Slender trunks, in shades of orange and yellow, rise toward a dark sky. The contrast accentuates the luminosity of the center.
The technique combines watercolor, pencil, and pigments. This blend lends a distinctive depth to the botanical textures. Touches of green and blue structure the space. The scene evokes a secret sanctuary, suspended between reality and imagination.
The linework is precise yet fluid. The vertical lines of the trees create a rhythm within the scene. At the bottom of the image, a dark body of water reflects golden glimmers. This calm surface stabilizes the composition.
Here, the artist explores the relationship between the self and natural beauty. The landscape becomes a mirror of an inner quest. The color palette shifts from deep black to the lightest of shades. The work concludes with fine graphic details along the grassy banks.
