Description
Happy Ending presents a poetic vision of fulfilment — the moment when a long-awaited dream finally comes within reach. A solitary lighthouse stands at the centre of the composition, glowing against a dramatic evening sky and guiding the viewer towards a distant horizon. The richly textured surface, created with acrylic and relief paste, gives the landscape a tactile quality, while warm orange and violet tones evoke the emotional warmth of arrival. The moon above the lighthouse and its shimmering reflection across the calm sea introduce a quiet sense of completion and peace.Rather than depicting a literal destination, the work becomes a psychological landscape: a place where uncertainty has passed, the journey has found its direction, and the sought-after ending is finally here. The lighthouse becomes a symbol of guidance, hope and the light that appears when we finally reach what we have been searching for.Medium: Acrylic and relief paste on wooden canvasSize: 50 × 60 cmShipping: The artwork will be securely shipped in a box.
Presentation
Samar Hisham is an Egyptian contemporary visual artist, born in 1998 and based in Mansoura, Egypt. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language from Mansoura University and has developed her artistic practice independently.
Since 2023, Hisham has focused on relief art, acrylic painting and mixed media, combining abstract impressionist approaches with highly tactile, sculptural surfaces. Working primarily with acrylics and heavy impasto paste on canvas, wood and linen, she builds layered compositions in which texture becomes an essential part of the visual language.
At the centre of Hisham's practice is an interest in intangible human experiences that are increasingly difficult to preserve in contemporary life - safety, sincerity, authentic connection and genuine giving. Through material, colour and relief, she seeks to transform these invisible emotional states into something physical and perceptible.
Her ongoing practice explores the relationship between inner emotional experience and the material world, while her developing work is expanding towards broader ideas of freedom, beauty and human connection.
