Description
Horizon No. 3 is a contemporary semi-abstract landscape from the Horizon series, inspired by places that exist in our memories rather than on a map. Dark, expressive forms in the foreground contrast with the delicate shades of turquoise, dusty pink and warm peach that spread across the water and sky. The rocky shoreline gradually loses its definition, allowing colour and atmosphere to take over. The landscape feels like a fleeting memory of a familiar place, where the play of light and the impression of a particular moment remain long after the details have faded.
