Description
This painting is filled with delicate lyricism and the dreamy atmosphere of a morning awakening. The canvas is dominated by a harmony of pastel hues, where light and shadow create a sense of weightlessness.
Poetic touches to the painting’s imagery
* The morning lullaby of the water: The mirror-like surface of the river gently reflects the first pinkish-golden hues of the sky, while a lone boat on the waves seems frozen in time, a harbinger of tranquility.
* Lace-like branches: The textured, airy trees on the shore tremble in the cool morning mist, creating a sense of nature’s living presence as it just begins to open its eyes.
* A light breath of life: Two little birds at the water’s edge add an intimate touch to the landscape, making this moment of quiet harmony even more intimate and touching.
