Description
Paris awakens not in colours, but in light. It is as though the sky itself, having descended to earth, has touched every roof, every stone, every tower with its gentle whiteness. The city is silent, but this silence is filled with music — quiet, crystalline, like the distant tolling of bells.
Above the ancient buildings, like a celestial ship, a snow-white dome soars, enveloping the city in tranquillity and grandeur. The delicate silhouettes of the trees rise upwards, like candles lit in honour of the morning, whilst the narrow streets gently guide the gaze into the depths of this luminous dream.
There are no sharp contrasts here — only a multitude of shades of white, pearlescent, silvery and warm ash-grey. They give rise to a special stillness, in which every passer-by becomes but a gentle breath of life, and every step — a part of the city's eternal history.
