"Somewhere along the way"

From the series “Infinity Map”

Our journey through life is made up of countless stories, encounters, and memories. Some of them stay with us forever, quietly shaping the way we see the world.
This painting was inspired by the artist’s childhood memories, when an ordinary tree could become an entire imaginary world. Among its branches, dreams and fantasies came to life, and stories from books became part of her own adventures. Imagination easily blurred the lines between reality and fictional worlds.
As we grow older, we gradually move away from these childhood worlds, but our ability to dream stays with us. Sometimes, a simple memory is enough to bring back that freedom of imagination, where our first journeys once began.

The painting is created in mixed media on canvas. The combination of painting and drawing elements creates a layered texture and a semi-abstract space where reality blends with imagination.
The surface is protected with UV-resistant varnish, helping preserve the depth and vibrancy of the colors over time.
Size: 92 × 92 cm ( 36 × 36 in)
