Description
A cosmic explosion unfolds on the canvas. The gaze is immediately drawn to a luminous center. Shades of deep blue intertwine with gold pigments. The circular movement evokes the birth of a star or the swirl of a galaxy.
The balance between the darkness of black and the golden brilliance structures the space. The light seems to emanate from the heart of the composition. This creation thus mixes technical rigor and creative freedom. The whole is composed of mixed media techniques applied in 2026.
Presentation
The Abstract - Search and search again... Put water, ink, inks, matter, test, retest, tilt, blow, send, let dry. Wait. Let it happen, watch, start again... Contemplate the metamorphosis, the path of fluids. This is the search for the Abstract. Each time, it was a real battle with my canvas, but I had so much fun!!!
When we look at the earth from the sky, the images sometimes go beyond our understanding. But we only have to look around us and we see many similarities… One day, returning to the beach after a swim, I was amazed to see the traces of the water that had flowed away during the low tide on the wet sand. Magnificent pictures were offered to my gaze.
Mother Nature reveals to us landscapes so grandiose that we would never have dared to imagine even in our wildest dreams. No artist could match HER perfection. My quest today is to try to recreate conditions so that Mother Nature can work.
