Alessandra "Senso" Odoni was born in Bergamo. She graduated in 2001 at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. Her artistic research combines different languages ??and artistic media with a preference for abandoned places and recycled materials.
Ale Senso's approach to "street art" is very varied: his works are dirty with materials collected directly from the street and feed on a manga aesthetic. The taste of science-fiction and matter are attacking, obtaining surrealist imaginations, sometimes joyous, sometimes unhealthy and disturbing: drawings full of details where zoomorphic figures develop their bodies like plants or human parts, all at the same time. along a stroke and sign in continuous evolution.
Parallel to her studies at the Accademia di Brera, she began working since 1996 on graffiti, urban art, workshops and educational workshops.
In 2007, she began her personal project Derelict Building, destroying buildings that represent not only the existence in the urban context of states of abandonment of buildings or old industrial districts, but manifestations of "suspended zones", Border locations between two worlds that assume a dreamlike connotation after the pictorial intervention of Senso.
From her art emerges a narrative universe sprinkled with surreal characters and situations with the idea of ??stimulating and dropping the viewer into his particular universe.
Ale Senso is one of the two protagonists of the street art performance that took place in the Ermites civic museums of Padua Saturday afternoon February 27, 2016 during the festival of psychoanalysis "The paths in the Enchanted Forest "organized by AJV, Analytical Travel, Cultural Association of Venice.
