This majestic diptych brings together two of the most iconic superheroes of pop culture, Superman and Spider-Man, reinterpreted through the Japanese soba technique on a sophisticated aesthetic of fine porcelain. In the left panel, Superman presents himself with an imposing frontal posture, sporting a porcelain-toned body adorned with traditional patterns of waves and cherry blossoms, whose cracks filled with molten gold highlight the firmness of his expression; in the right panel, Spider-Man stands out in a medium shot with his costume reconstructed in light and blue tones, where fine golden veins harmoniously intertwine with the pattern of his spiderweb and the spider emblem. The work is distinguished by its high-gloss lacquered finishes, its ambient lighting with traditional lanterns and cherry blossoms in the background, succeeding in transforming the physical strength of the characters into a visual tribute to resilience and poetic fragility.
