Description
The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum is a beautiful, important and rare screenprint on River paper, realized in 1969 by Roy Lichtenstein.
Numbered, signed (rf. Lichtenstein), and dated ('69) in pencil on the lower margin at the center. Edition of 250 prints.
In addition to this circulation, there is an unknown number of AP (inscribed A/P) and numbered in Roman numerals.
The artwork was printed by the artist and Leo Castelli Gallery, New York, for the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York.
