Description
The Spirit of Optimism: 22-Inch Hermès Kid Cup
Welcome to the Kid Cup Family! This exclusive 22-inch (56 cm) sculpture by the renowned duo Léo & Steph is a vibrant celebration of individuality and joy. Dressed in the iconic orange of the legendary House of Hermès, this masterpiece represents the “child within us”—a faceless, universal character that radiates positivity and a resolutely optimistic outlook on life.
A Unique & One-of-a-Kind Masterpiece
Crafted from high-quality fiberglass, each Kid Cup is meticulously finished with premium paint and lacquer to achieve a flawless, mirror-like shine. This is a unique and numbered work, ensuring that your acquisition is a truly special piece for your home or office collection. The Kid Cup “drinks life” from a cup that is never empty, serving as a daily reminder to embrace a colorful and positive world.
The Perfect Fusion of Pop Art and Haute Couture
The Hermès Kid Cup is more than a sculpture; it is a high-end design object that bridges the gap between contemporary art and the world of luxury fashion. Its impressive scale and brilliant finish make it a stunning focal point for any modern interior, from a chic Palm Beach living room to a sophisticated executive suite. Investing in a Léo & Steph original is an invitation to bring elegance and happiness into your everyday environment.
Presentation
Léo & Steph are a French-Brazilian duo of artists who create unique and playful Pop Art pieces from everyday objects. They transform mundane items like plastic bottles, toys, and household appliances into eye-catching works of art, adding vibrant colors, bold patterns, and playful designs. Their works are often characterized by their use of humor and nostalgia, and they have a strong following among collectors and art enthusiasts.
Léo, originally from São Paulo, is a graphic and interior designer who brings a sense of structure and color to their creations. Steph, from Lyon, brings her creativity and passion for Pop Art to the table, with a focus on playful and whimsical designs. Together, they form a dynamic team that produces innovative and thought-provoking art that challenges traditional notions of what art can be.
Léo & Steph are known for their signature Kid Cup sculptures, which are made from colorful plastic bottles and feature playful characters and designs. They have also created a series of Pop Art paintings, prints, and installations that incorporate everyday objects into their compositions. Their work has been exhibited in galleries and art fairs around the world, and they have a loyal following of collectors who appreciate their unique style and creativity.
