Description
This resin sculpture is part of the energy of contemporary Pop Art.
The character, with an urban and relaxed look, wears an imposing headphones and a hoodie.
The artist uses a monochrome color palette where orange dominates in luminous gradients.
The word love, carefully calligraphed on the chest, brings a touch of tenderness amidst an affirmed street art aesthetic.
The shine of the epoxy paint and the use of plexiglass accentuate the smooth and modern aspect of the piece.
The entire piece rests on a minimalist black base that emphasizes the verticality of the subject.
This 2026 creation plays on the contrasts between DJ culture and plastic sculpture.
The careful finish of the material catches the light to reveal golden nuances on the reliefs of the clothing.
Presentation
Fred Morgan, a French artist born in 1973 in Gap in the Hautes-Alpes region, creates a vibrant and intensely colorful pop universe where sculpture, painting, and digital graphic design intertwine. A rebel with a tender heart, he draws his inspiration from the rock and pop energy of the 80s, as well as the lively culture of DJs. His work subverts conventions, plays with insolence, and asserts total creative freedom. His most emblematic works, often inspired by the provocative "FUCK" motif, humorously and brilliantly question the role of expression and attitude in contemporary art.
An instinctive and resolutely modern artist, Fred Morgan imposes an immediately recognizable style, between assumed impertinence and chromatic joy.
