Description
This resin sculpture is part of the aesthetic of Pop Art and Street Art. The character wears a contemporary look, mixing an imposing headphones and a hoodie. The silhouette exudes an urban energy, inspired by DJ culture and the rock spirit.
The chromatic work is distinguished by a bright turquoise blue. The glossy finish catches the light and accentuates the rounded volumes of the figure. An emblematic logo, placed on the chest, brings a touch of provocation and plays with the codes of luxury.
The assembly uses modern materials like epoxy paint to ensure perfect color retention. The whole rests on a transparent plexiglass base, creating a suspension effect.
This 2026 creation emphasizes a desire for total creative freedom. It captures the impudence of a current visual culture through a stylized character. The contrast between the static posture and the dynamism of the blue brings a precise visual balance.
Presentation
Fred Morgan, a French artist born in 1973 in Gap in the Hautes-Alpes region, creates a vibrant and intensely colorful pop universe where sculpture, painting, and digital graphic design intertwine. A rebel with a tender heart, he draws his inspiration from the rock and pop energy of the 80s, as well as the lively culture of DJs. His work subverts conventions, plays with insolence, and asserts total creative freedom. His most emblematic works, often inspired by the provocative "FUCK" motif, humorously and brilliantly question the role of expression and attitude in contemporary art.
An instinctive and resolutely modern artist, Fred Morgan imposes an immediately recognizable style, between assumed impertinence and chromatic joy.
