Description
This philosophical art piece is designed in a minimalist spirit, with elements of pop art and retro aesthetics. A vintage vinyl record covered in white acrylic brushstrokes features a phrase that aptly reflects the rhythm of our times: there's too much noise in the world—and too little meaning.
This work addresses the oversaturation of today's information landscape, where authentic, profound, and sensitive messages are drowned in a flood of meaningless sounds, words, and images. It poses a crucial question: behind everything we hear, is there true meaning? Or have we lost the ability to distinguish the essence from the noise?
It reminds us that silence, when charged with meaning, resonates louder than chaos. Its minimalist form, expressive texture, and concise sentence create a space for personal reflection and inner dialogue with the viewer.
This object can be displayed as a sculptural element in an interior, or hung on the wall as a visual statement. It draws the eye and provokes an inner resonance—reminding everyone of those rare moments when the true sound of silence and meaning could truly be heard.
Presentation
Kristina Mallen, a painter with a background in oil and acrylic mediums.
Her recognisable style infuses the sophistication of Art Deco, the pop of Pop Art with a dominant focus on the female figure, manifesting elegance and eroticism. Her work exudes the extravagance, classical chic, and charm of women, striking a balance between provocation and the sublime.
