Description
This innovative work fuses nature and modernity. A piece of raw wood, with visible organic textures, serves as a canvas for an arrangement of vibrant, geometric colors. The perfectly aligned geometric shapes contrast harmoniously with the wood's natural curves. A bright yellow central disc evokes a vibrant sun, surrounded by blue, green, and pink segments that bring a bold dynamic to the composition. The piece rests on a black metal base, lending an understated stability that allows the art to take center stage. This juxtaposition highlights the interaction between natural elements and human creativity, evoking a dialogue between past and present. The work irresistibly draws the eye, while inviting deep reflection on the harmony of contrasts.
Presentation
French artist born in 1983, Toncé is interested very young to the drawing and to all the forms of Art. The discovery of the Graffiti at the end of the 90's and the 15 years of intensive practice which followed directed his work to graphic compositions on paintings mixing forms and colors.
The works of Toncé give actually the beautiful part to the color with mixed, chained, bound colors... Beyond the visual explosion, its works transcribe a real look on the world and a heightened sensibility.
Sweetness of curves, cutting lines, subtle alternation given rhythm by fine black tracks. The impact... key word of the graphic research of Toncé reminds us that the Art is only impulse and reality…
