Description
This striking artwork depicts an anthropomorphic figure, half-rabbit, half-human, entirely black, illustrating a minimalist and modern aesthetic. Its smooth, matte surface draws the eye, emphasizing the clean simplicity of the design. The central element of this sculpture is the metallic heart-shaped object that the figure holds with its forepaws, offering a striking contrast between the matte black of the body and the silvery sheen of the heart.
The long, erect ears add a playful and animated dimension to the statue. The absence of excessive detail on the face accentuates the mystery and universality of the character, allowing for a personal and emotional interpretation. This piece encapsulates the dialogue between the human and the fantastical, perhaps symbolizing the connection between gentleness and inner strength. This sculpture is an eloquent example of contemporary art that combines simplicity with emotional depth.

Presentation
In each sculpture, Sagrasse places a fragment of humanity, an emotion kneaded into the material, like a breath that crosses time.
Born in 1966 in Macerata, in the Marche region of Italy, Sagrasse has dedicated his life to sculpture for over thirty years. Driven by a constant passion for material and form, he has developed an artistic language that is both contemporary and profoundly human.
His works are exhibited throughout the world, in galleries, private exhibitions, and spaces dedicated to art. This international career reflects a recognition acquired over time, driven by the sincerity and strength of his work.
Sagrasse's creations address contemporary and universal themes : ecology, social ideologies, and the relationship between man and his environment. His sculpture thus becomes a space for reflection, where consciousness and aesthetics, questioning and emotion intertwine.
