Biography
The Blind is a graffiti artist like no other. A graduate of the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Nantes, silk-screen craftsman and member of the Nantes collective 100 Pressure, he adds a personal and original touch to this street art traditionally assimilated to vandalism. Its specificity? Graffiti for the blind, collage of plaster hemispheres on the city walls, text in Braille alphabet and in three dimensions. The Blind changes the classic form of braille and gives it greater visibility. It is also necessary to use the hand and not the finger to read its giant messages. Each message is unique and only takes on its full meaning thanks to the context in which it was written. The only common points between all the inscriptions: irony and provocation.
