Biography
Lina Maalouf Husseini is a self-taught artist who lived in both Lebanon and France. As a result, her work reflects a unique blend of influences from the East and West.
This fusion manifests as a form of transcendence in her art, bridging diverse cultures and sensibilities. In her experimentation with materials, colors, and compositions, she takes ordinary elements and situates them in unfamiliar contexts. Her approach questions how people usually see everyday things.
