A series of plastic works for the use of future archaeologists! Here Technique: inclusion in resin Photo credit: ArtFact Note that for customs reasons, this work cannot be shipped to Canada and the United States in particular. IMMORTAL STREET CULTURE The French artist ELDIABLO has put together a series of pieces in inclusion, for the use of future generations. Starting from the premise that no civilization is eternal, and a great lover of street culture, Eldiablo had fun listing a number of objects symbolizing the 90's graffiti period which cradled his youth and shaped his artistic sensibility. peel mixes, by a process of inclusion in resin, he immortalized urban decoration tools (spray cans, markers), clothing accessories typically Hip hop (bob Kangol, name plate ...) and a whole series of objects symbolizing the daily life of the street artist. This approach is underpinned by the desire to keep these objects forever, as if stuck in ice or in Amber: What will the men of the year 8000 know about us? What will remain of this artistic movement that marked our time? When all contemporary urban buildings have fallen, what traces will we keep of the wall pieces that decorate them? It is to answer these questions, and in order to pass on a little of himself, that he got down to this work of conservation. This series, produced with the help of ESKIS Cie, comprises 10 pieces of varying sizes and volumes, constituting a mobile exhibition destined to stand the test of time. France Born in: 1971

Eldiablo is a multimedia artist whose work is a hybrid between comics and street culture. He is the creator of the animated series Lascars. He is an old school graffiti artist, having written during the '80s and '90s with the crew PCP-Petits Cons de Peintres.

Today he focuses more on animation and writing but he never abandoned his spray cans and brushes. Eldiablo is not purely a graffiti artist but his art is clearly inhabited by urban culture and hip hop influences. For the last 25 years his creations have been offering us his understanding of the world.
