Biography
Marta & Slava are an artist couple working together on big projects, but also on smaller works. They originate from Russia (Former Soviet Union) and came in 1991 to the Netherlands. Since 1999 they are based in Maastricht.
Their work is always questioning reality and goes beyond reality. They use every artform that can contribute to the story they are telling. From installations to drawings, from sculptures to painting.
They have a long history of exhibiting in museums and making installations.
