Biography
Brooklyn New York during the 80's and 90' at a time when racial tensions fuelled creative output for many. It was during that time Budha_delight turned to the NYC underground graffiti culture. The graffiti culture then was filled with a wide array of people who were as colorful as the subjects they created.
This experience helped Budha_delight view the world in a broader spectrum, filled with colors and beauty, not the ugliness experienced daily within the Brooklyn neighbourhood where he grew up.
In his work, Budha_delight uses a mixture of technology and classic techniques to help build his current style that tells the story of his subjects as they enjoy routine moments in everyday life.
