Philosophy in Silhouette is a body of work that looks beyond the visible to uncover the unseen. In this virtual solo exhibition, Bukola Samuel Orioye interprets emotions and philosophy through the language of silhouettes.

Each figure is faceless yet deeply expressive, embodying human vulnerability, resilience, and transformation. By stripping the human form down to its essential outlines, Orioye challenges viewers to look past appearances and confront the emotions, histories, and philosophies hidden beneath the surface.

Rooted in his guiding principle — questioning the present through the past for a better future”— the exhibition invites collectors and audiences alike to see silhouettes not as shadows, but as vessels of memory, emotion, and vision.
