Biography
Horacio Garcia-Rossi is a kinetic artist, born in Buenos Aires in 1929, he died in Paris in 2012.
In 1960, he co-founded the Centre de Recherches d'Art Visuel, and the GRAV along with Julio Le Parc, François Morellet, Francisco Sobrino, Joël Stein, Yvaral.
His work shows an in-depth research of color, movement and light.
