I have been living in Austria since 2005.
From 2005 to 2012 I worked as a decorator at H&M.
And from 2012 to 2018 I was a photographer in a photo studio.
In 2018 I started my own business as an artist
In July 2021 I opened my studio "domik" in Austria
About my art:
My works of art are created in my head through my emotions.
Which thereby become portraits of the soul.
By looking at my works of art, they are reflected:
longing for love, hope, affection
Domik is passion, emotion, spontaneity
I developed my own technique over the years.
That means: I am my style – “domik“

Who is "domik" ???
I am Dominika Köck - "domik"!
A Styrian artist with Polish roots. I was born in Poland in 1985. When
Child I really enjoyed painting like many other children, but I invested
next to school more and more time in painting and it developed little by little
more and more love and passion for it.
Therefore, at the age of 15, I decided to attend the PLSP art school in Krosno Poland and completed it.
In 2005 I came to Austria, started to work there and painting is
got more and more sidelined until I finally had nothing more to do with it.
Through my daughter Sophie I rediscovered my old "love".
She asked me to help her paint every now and then and so we painted together.
And so I tried again to paint my first pictures on watercolor paper. From week to
Week more and more pictures were added. I had a lot of fun and joy again painting.
I was very happy that I was able to rediscover this longing for art.
Since then I have found ways and means to express these irrepressible emotions in pictures
to represent, to shape into objects, to life in the material also outside of myself awaken.
I share my art in unique works. Sometimes in a fixed structure, sometimes wild and spontaneous,
always 100% me. I am my style!
"Domik" is emotion, spontaneity, but never boring and aloof.
