Ines Fragm is a Belarusian-born visual artist with a professional background in architecture. Her work has also appeared in 101 Artbook – Collage Edition by Arts to Hearts Project and Photo Trouvée Magazine.
Working with digital collage and mixed media, Ines Fragm explores family, cultural, historical, and architectural memory. Her practice grew from a search for continuity and an inner sense of belonging during periods of rapid change.
Drawing on more than two decades of professional experience in architecture, Ines Fragm treats buildings not simply as structures, but as vessels of collective memory. She combines authentic photographs from her family archive with fragments of Belarusian sacred architecture, placing them within irrational, dreamlike spaces governed by the logic of recollection rather than physical reality.
Through this collision of private archive and cultural heritage, individual memory expands into a larger history. Ines Fragm’s artwork addresses displacement, belonging, intergenerational connection, and the fragility of cultural memory—not as nostalgia, but as a search for an inner home that can survive external change.
