Born in 1939 in Belgium in Brussels, Jean-Claude Faucon studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels (1956-1964) and Molenbeek Saint Jean.
His first monumental and decorative painting was at the Jacques Maes academy, where he later worked as a teacher.
1955 - He participates in numerous group and individual exhibitions in Brussels. From the end of the 1950s, he exhibited frequently in Europe and in particular in Switzerland, Italy and France.
1966 - The Belgian State acquires a series of his works for the Palais des Beaux-Arts and the National Library.
1990 - He exhibits with the Midi movement at the Center de l'Art Contemporain in Besançon and in the Galerie Métaphore de Paris in Maubeuge.
1996 - He exhibits with the Madi International movement “50 years after” at the Center des Expositions and Congoès de Zaragoza.
1997 - Then he exhibits at the Queen Sofià Center with the Madi group.
