Wu Biduan

Wu Biduan 伍必端) (1926 Nanjing, Jiangsu Province) China. Wu Biduan from 1939 to 1945 studied art in Chongqing, China. In 1946, he enlisted in the Fine Arts Department of the Liberation Army. He arrived in Tianjin in 1948.

In 1950, he began to teach and became a professor at the Beaux-Arts, Central Academy of Fine Arts. Publisher of the Tianjin Illustrated. In 1956 he studied at the Repin Fine Arts Academy of Engraving in Leningrad. 1959, Professor at the Central Art Academy of Beijing. 1987 Woodcarvings creation for the Woodcarvers Association, Association Le Bois Gravé, Paris Show Chinese Prints Georges Pompidou Museum with Galerie Lise Cormery at FIAC and A & C.
