Biography
Paul Crochat lived for 20 years in Latin America, the USA and Italy working for an NGO. During these stays he also worked alongside several sculptors from whom he learned everything. His Masters were Edival Pereira Rosas (Brazil), Raul Avila (El Salvador) and Luciano Campitelli (Italy).
Returning to Forez in 2018, he set up as a wood and stone sculptor. Natural and raw materials are her favorite choices to transmit an emotion, a life, a feeling. His technique is direct carving, he uses gouges, saws, rasps to form the sculpture. His sculptures can be found in ten countries.
